David Kaplan is himself a naturalized citizen of the United States. He was born in Bogota, Colombia. Having experienced the naturalization process first hand, his desire to serve those that want to start a life in the United States stems from a genuine understanding of what this change means for his clients. He knows the difficulties that foreigner’s face going through this process, or guiding loved ones through it to join them. Mr. Kaplan has committed his career to making immigration as accessible as possible for his many clients.

Mr. Kaplan graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1994. He earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Drexel University in 1987. After law school, he worked as a commercial litigator and in 2001, he joined the Immigration Law firm Orlow and Orlow, P.C., and in 2007 he co-founded the Immigration Law Firm Orlow, Kaplan & Hohenstein, LLP. In 2014, he embarked on opening and Law Offices of David Kaplan and has since been personally assisting his clients in Philadelphia, the United States, and around the world.

June Beack is an associate attorney who has exclusively practiced immigration law since graduating Boston College Law School in 2006.  Originally from the Boston area, she has gained experience working in private firms and non-profit organizations all over the country, including a clerkship at the Houston Immigration Court.  She has lived in Philadelphia since 2013 and joined the firm in September 2019.  

Ms. Beack specializes in litigating complex removal defense cases in immigration court and motions to reopen.  She speaks fluent Spanish and is conversant in Korean, French and Portuguese.

Diana Klepach has worked in the field of immigration since 2007.  She has been in our firm since its inception. Diana is from Ukraine and she speaks in Russian, Ukranian, Polish, and Hungarian.

Danielle has worked in the field of immigration since 2006. She is originally from Philadelphia. She joined our team in September of 2018. Her knowledge and expertise are a great asset to our practice.

Ingrid is the Office Manager.  She has been with us from inception. Ingrid is originally from Colombia and she is fluent in Spanish, with functional use of Hebrew.
